This package builds on Starting Small and Growing Resilience programmes, offering a full suite of lessons and resources that support pupils in applying emotional regulation and resilience skills consistently throughout the school year.

This programme ensures that skills are not only taught—they are practised, reinforced, and expanded, so pupils develop long-term confidence, self-awareness, and independence.
