The programme and website are designed for schools, parents, and carers.
By using these services, you confirm that:

The information you provide during registration or while using the website is accurate and truthful.
2. Educational Purpose Only
The Course and website content are for general educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The information is designed to support parents and schools in understanding and applying evidence-informed strategies to promote children’s mental health and wellbeing.
Participation in the Course does not create a therapist-client or clinician-client relationship with Raising Resilience, its creators, or facilitators.
Users are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support if they have concerns about their own or their child’s mental health.
3. School Access and Licensing
Access is granted on the basis of the licence purchased (e.g. single year group, key stage, or whole-school access).
Staff within licensed year groups may use the Course with pupils in classroom teaching.
Parent access to the online portal is limited to the year groups covered by the School’s licence. The School is responsible for distributing login details appropriately.
Login details must not be shared outside of the licensed School community.
4. User Responsibilities
By accessing the Course and website, you agree to:
Use the services for their intended educational purposes only.
Protect your login credentials and not share them outside your licensed community.
Refrain from uploading harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Report any misuse, security concerns, or safeguarding issues immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course and website content (including text, graphics, videos, slides, resources, and software) is owned by Dr Kate Robinson and Dr Sarah Wilson, Clinical Psychologists and Co-Founders of Raising Resilience.
You may use materials for personal, classroom, or School community purposes only.
Materials must not be copied, altered, uploaded publicly, distributed beyond licensed users, or used commercially without written consent.
6. Privacy, Data Protection, and Cookies
Your use of the Course and website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
Schools are responsible for ensuring staff and parent contact details provided to us are accurate and consent has been obtained where required.

8. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
Course fees must be paid in full before access is provided.
Prices are correct at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to review and adjust prices annually, though increases are not guaranteed.
Multi-year or whole-school packages may include discounted rates, agreed at the time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. All sales are final, except where a 14-day refund period is specifically offered.
If the Course is withdrawn or discontinued, a replacement or pro-rata refund may be offered.
9. Technical Requirements
Schools and users are responsible for ensuring suitable devices, internet access, and IT settings to access the Course.
We are not responsible for access issues caused by School firewalls, local IT restrictions, or user equipment.
10. Safeguarding and Responsibility
The Course is designed for educational use and is not a replacement for clinical or therapeutic services.
Schools remain responsible for safeguarding pupils and for integrating Course content in line with their safeguarding and wellbeing policies.
Teachers and staff must exercise professional judgement in using the materials with pupils.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Course and website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
While we aim for accuracy and evidence-based content, we do not guarantee reliability, completeness, or specific outcomes.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if harmful activity is detected.
